  • 4 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 Green chilies finely chopped
  • Salt – to taste

How to make Rasiya Muthia At Home

  • First of all, mix cooked rice, flour and besan along with chopped chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice and little sugar well. Knead into dough witout adding water.
  • After that, make a small bead shaped muthias from dough and keep aside.
  • In the 3rd step, mix with yogurt turmeric, red chilli, cumin, coriander powder and salt after that add water and keep aside.
  • In the next step, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Add yogurt mixture and bring to boil. After that add muthias slowly and simmer till muthias are cooked.
  • At last, the only thing you have to do is just garnish with corianer leaves and serve Rasiya Muthia hot with roti or rice in front of your family member of friends.
